Is my profile really visible forever?
Yes. Once you're on the grid, your profile keeps working — surfacing you whenever your signal fits a role. No reapplying, no going stale.
What does verification involve?
Identity, background, and credential checks run at the source through the Verification Center. Verified facts become badges hiring teams can filter on.
What's the Industry Operator Institute (IOI)?
Our modern approach to education & career development: a 7-step framework, curriculum, mentors, and upskilling that feed straight back onto the grid.
How do mentor plans work?
Mentors choose Free, Pro, or Master. Every plan includes the Hall of Mentors and core practice tools; Pro and Master add chatbot, priority support, multi-industry advisory, and market-demand intelligence.
How are pipelines structured?
Nine stages from Initial Outreach through Postboarding, with pre-boarding, onboarding, and postboarding fully customizable by the recruiter or enterprise.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — recruiters, candidates, and mentors each have a free tier. Candidates under 23 also get the Institute free.
When does the platform launch?
